but when I began growing my knowledge and training my palate, it wasn't long before l developed a love for the culture behind wine & spirits.   I have a ton of appreciation for the people I meet along the way who share their knowledge with me so I can learn everyday. I will always enjoy a big,  bold red wine or fresh, fizzy sparkling.  I am also a huge lover of baking and cooking because what else beats having a wine to pair with every meal?!
