Gins are exploding in popularity around the globe.  They're appeal for distillieries is that they don't require aging and can be sold once bottled.  For consumers, this refreshing and versatile spirit is a perfect base for the burgeoning cocktail culture, as well as for exploring the variety of flavours, botanicals and infusions being used to create them.

We'll taste through between 4-6 different Gins, talk about them, suggest cocktails and compare them to each other in this hands on, interactive tasting class.
