Due to unforseen circumstances, our Gins in June tasting class had to be postponed.  So now, you have a second chance to join us in July!  Nothing better than Gins in July for summer sipping and staying cool!

Gins continue to explode on to the local scene!  From standard favourites to use in Gin & Tonics, to a growing array of local craft distilleries producing incredible gins, this trend is here to stay.

This sit down class is a great way to sample 8-10 Gins, side by side and compare them together.  New ones, local ones, classics, pink,  as well as discussion on cocktails using gin are discussed.  We offer some light appies to pair with the gins, and Ken Bracke our Sommelier enlightens you about each product you're tasting, some of it's history and how to serve it.  It's a lot of fun!
