Bottega Crema de Pistacchio  Sicily, Italy

Tasting Notes: A creamy, green liqueur, pleasantly sweet and with a moderate alcohol content, characterized by an intense aroma of pistachio. Pistachios are now being grown on the Sicilian volcanic soils of Mount Etna. These nuts have always been renowned for their nutritional properties. Pistachios, exclusively harvested in Sicily, are processed according to a traditional method and turned into a paste which preserves all their precious organoleptic characteristics. The paste is then expertly mixed with alcohol, water and sugar, creating a creamy, round, velvety liqueur with an intense and inebriating aroma of Sicilian pistachios. With a final touch of grappa, Pistacchio Bottega gains a particular aromaticity, making it unique and unmistakable. Serve cold, neat or over ice cubes or for real decadence, over vanilla ice cream! Perfect any time of the day!

Price: $29.99

Tasting Notes: Perfect for early fall weather! This is a fruity and fresh Calvados bursting with apple flavours. It is distinguished by a simple continuous distillation in a copper still which allows the apple aromas to be concentrated. They are accentuated by the blending of the fruitiest vintages and aging in century-old oak barrels. Delicious after dinner or sipped in the afternoon with some cheese.
