Tasting Notes: A delightful Albarino, hand harvested and carefully fermented at a controlled temperature between 12-15ºC. The wine is then aged on lees in steel tank for 6 months with “batonnage”.
Intense, clean and brilliant yellow in color. It has a complex nose with great depth, harmonious and elegant. Ripe white fruits (apricot, peach), white flowers, mineral and iodized touches. It has great aromatic persistence.
A tasty, powerful and round wine, with a wonderful perfectly integrated acidity. A complete wine: elegant and delicious, harmonious and complex. With a long aging potential.
